My Design

As an experienced learning designer, I find myself always thinking of the learner or employee experience first and foremost.  I love creating curated and customized solutions that align with the overall organizational strategy.  I use the most up-to-date tech, resources, and sleek design.

My style is modern, with clean lines, basic color palettes, and an approachable/encouraging writing voice to create the nondefensive space to learn.  I want to delight the learner through designing individual learning journeys and learning schedules.  The design makes learning more sticky, and having fun creates the vulnerability for innovation.

I focus on developing relevant professional development for millennial leaders.

My specialties include:

  • E-learning Design and Innovations

  • Learner Experience (LX) Focused Design and Storyboarding

  • Organizational Network Analysis

  • Authoring tools: Articulate 360 & Rise, Adobe Suite, Canvas, Intellum, and other tech platforms

  • Millennial Leadership Development

  • Corporate Charlie Box - curated learning
