The package includes short 15 minute and 30 minute sessions plus 1-hour sessions that will include a clear agenda, takeaway and deeper questioning to get the most out of your learning journey.  Specifically, this package offers:
 
6 Charlie Box's a year that follows your curated learning journey and the most up-to-date leadership resources.  You will receive a learning sprint every 8 weeks that will allow you to make and track progress throughout the year.  

 
You will receive unlimited credits per month to be used for on-demand coaching plus 1-hour sessions. We will match you with our coaches and they are available when you need it most.  15 minutes & 30 minutes of time and are meant to be short exchanges with a coach for in the moment.  Best used when preparing for an important conversation, debreifing a tough conversation, practives pitching a new idea, or have a question on your learning journey.  

 
The 1-hour sessions will include a clear agenda, takeaway and deeper questioning to get the most out of your learning journey.  We will match you with a coach based on your profile and your learning journey.  Once you submit payment you will receive an invitation and can book through the app.
