As a working mom, and business owner, I know firsthand how hard it is to find balance! I also know ambition, dreams, and the appetite for growth. I grew up in a small town in Colorado and I am a first-generation college graduate. I was lucky enough to have supportive coaches along the way. People who encouraged me when I needed it and pushed me to reach my potential. So, I have dedicated my career to coaching others. I'm a learning designer by trade and have built leadership development programs at Duke Corporate Education. I've coached in business schools such as UT Austin, Duke University, and in my own coaching practice.
